Welcome to the Terms and Conditions relating to our Loyalty Program - Amelia Rose Accessories Rewards.

The personal information collected from each customer will be used and disclosed by Amelia Rose Accessories for the purpose of the Reward loyalty program, internal analysis for marketing purposes, and as otherwise permitted by Amelia Rose Accessories Privacy Policy. By joining our Rewards program, you agree to be bound by Amelia Rose Accessories Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. Please see Amelia Rose Accessories Privacy Policy for further details.

Amelia Rose Accessories may alter, limit, or modify the Rewards program rules, regulations, benefits, eligibility for joining, or any other feature of the scheme. Amelia Rose Accessories may terminate the scheme at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice.

Accessory Points Terms:

• For every £1 you spend on items from ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk, you receive five accessory points.
  
• Points are only earned and spent online at ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk
  
• Points may be redeemed for rewards to be determined by Amelia Rose
• Accessories in its sole discretion.
  
• Points do not have a cash or monetary value, except when used to purchase
• from our site.
  
• Points are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash and cannot be exchanged or sold for other monetary instrument.
  
• Points cannot be transferred between account holders.
  
• We are unable to apply Accessory Points retrospectively to a customer account for any past orders.
  
• Gift Vouchers or E-Gift Vouchers are excluded from the points reward scheme.
  
• Points will be earned by the recipient of the Gift Voucher or E-Gift Voucher, if logged into their account.
  
• If any item for which you earned points is returned, the points earned in connection with that purchase will be deducted from your account.
  
• Points cannot be used to purchase from any of our stockists.
  
• Points cannot be used at sample sales.
  
• Points are not earned against shipping charges. 

Rewards Terms:

• If an Amelia Rose Accessories Reward was used to place the order which is then returned we will reinstate your reward.

• Rewards earned through the Amelia Rose Accessories Rewards program and Refer A Friend scheme cannot be used alongside any other discount code and only one reward can be used per order.

• Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, discount codes or Amelia Rose Accessories. One code per order.

 Refer a Friend Terms:

• To qualify for the Refer A Friend reward, the referred friend must be a new customer to Amelia Rose Accessories and have never placed an order with us, even as a guest customer.

• The referral will be unsuccessful if for any reason Amelia Rose Accessories believes the referral is dishonest, please note you cannot refer yourself.

• Amelia Rose Accessories reserves the right to refuse the issue of any reward to any Referred Friend or Referrer at any time and reserves the right to vary any and all elements of this offer at any time without notice.

• With a successful referral the Referred Friend and Referrer will receive a 15% off coupon to use on their order, please note only one reward can be used per order and this can’t be used together with any other discount code or Amelia Rose Accessories Reward.

• The Referred Friend must be a minimum age of 18.

• Referral codes are not to be shared on Coupon websites or third party discount websites.
