Slightly disappointed...

I was slightly disappointed with the quality as I had read that the bag was real leather...... unfortunately it wasn't, just a very good copy. I don't suppose anyone will notice but hey. Also with taxes, postage and customs duties that I had to pay when I received the bag (19€ ) it turned out to be a lot more expensive than I had anticipated ( 98€) I think that if you are selling to France you should point out that the customs duties are on top of the price with postage you announce.
On a more positive note I cannot fault the friendly service.
