The bag is lovely but wish the strap was longer, wearing it crossbows over winter coat it is not long enough when fully extended

Ordered wrist warmers but instead was sent a gorgeous pair of fingerless brown gloves - so fluffy and warm, and tone beautifully with the brown wool scarf I ordered with them.
