Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed, before shipping.
NB. If you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, it won’t be processed until the following week.

Please note that shipping time for UK orders is currently up to 3 working days after dispatch. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us by sending an email to: rebecca@ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk

If part of your order is on preorder, your whole order will be shipped when the preordered item arrives. 

2) Payment 

We accept the following payment options: Credit and debit cards, Paypal or Klarna.

Credit and debit card transactions are handled through PayPalTM Pro, but you don’t need a PayPal account to make an order. We accept all Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website when you place an order. You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.

Please note: We currently do not accept American Express.

UK Shipping: 

Standard delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Delivery £5.50 - delivered within 2-3 business days. 

FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100

Next Day Delivery is available on request, tracked & signed for £8.00 - delivered the next working day after dispatch.  Next Day deliveries sent on a Friday will arrive on a Monday.

Next Day Saturday Delivery is available on request, tracked & signed for £15 - for orders sent Next Day Delivery on a Friday that require delivery on a Saturday.

Emailed Gift Vouchers - Please add the email address & any message in the notes section at the checkout, the voucher is sent straight away to the email address provided.

Most deliveries are made by DPD. You will receieve a tracking reference for your order via email. If you miss a delivery, please follow the instructions on the tracking to re-arrange delivery.

We also offer free collection from our address in Newbury, Berkshire. If you wish to collect your order, we will email you our address once we have received your order confirmation.

International shipping: 

We are happy to deliver outside of the UK, please contact us at rebecca@ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk for a quote to ship internationally. Delivery times are country specific.  Some country delivery costs are set up on the site & these are all for bag deliveries.  Please contact us for delivery of other products.

Goods ordered from our Site for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and VAT. 

For EU countries & Northern Ireland, we have appointed EU Compliance Partner as our responsible GPSR representative.
