Terms and Conditions
1) Payment
We accept the following payment options: Credit and debit cards, Paypal or Klarna
Credit and debit card transactions are handled through PayPalTM Pro, but you don’t need a PayPal account to make an order. We accept all Maestro, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron and Solo cards. You will be redirected to the secure PayPal website when you place an order. You will receive an email confirmation when we have received your payment.
Please note: We currently do not accept American Express.
2) Postage and Delivery
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be processed, before shipping.
NB. If you place an order on a Friday or over the weekend, it won’t be processed until the following week.
Please note that shipping time for UK orders is currently up to 3 working days after dispatch. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within five working days, please contact us by sending an email to: rebecca@ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk
If part of your order is on preorder, you whole order will be shipped when the preordered item arrives.
1) Shipping in the UK:
Standard delivery by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked Delivery £5.50 - delivered within 2-3 business days.
FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100
Next Day Delivery is available on request, tracked & signed for £8.00 - delivered the next working day after dispatch. Next Day deliveries sent on a Friday will arrive on a Monday.
Next Day Saturday Delivery is available on request, tracked & signed for £15 - for orders sent Next Day Delivery on a Friday that require delivery on a Saturday.
Emailed Gift Vouchers - Please add the email address & any message in the notes section at the checkout, the voucher is sent straight away to the email address provided.
Most deliveries are made by DPD. You will receieve a tracking reference for your order via email. If you miss a delivery, please follow the instructions on the tracking to re-arrange delivery.
We also offer free collection from our address in Newbury, Berkshire. If you wish to collect your order, we will email you our address once we have received your order confirmation.
2) International shipping:
We are happy to deliver outside of the UK, please contact us at rebecca@ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk for a quote to ship internationally. Delivery times are country specific. Some country delivery costs are set up on the site & these are all for bag deliveries. Please contact us for delivery of other products.
Goods ordered from our Site for delivery outside the UK, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and VAT.
For EU countries & Northern Ireland, we have appointed EU Compliance Partner as our responsible GPSR representative.
3) Out of Stock Items
Occasionally items purchased online may not be available. If this is the case we will get in contact immediately to either offer a full refund, an exchange for another item or inform you of the expected delivery time of the item.
4) Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days of
receipt. We will be happy to refund or exchange any item in a saleable condition, within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to you via the original method of payment.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings.
If you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please use the return card enclosed. If you have any problems, please email rebecca@ameliaroseaccessories.co.uk as soon as possible.
Items must be returned ‘as new’ & 'as received' for a refund or exchange. Any items which have been worn, washed or do not have all labels and tickets intact and attached will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless faulty. Package the unworn and unused item(s) and send it back to the address on the return card. We recommend using a trackable delivery service with proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the item and postage & packing charges will apply for all exchanges.
Once your item is received and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method, in no more than 30 days. The original postage and packaging charges will not be refunded.
Please note, Returned Sale Products are elidgible for a credit voucher only, no refunds will be given. This does affect your statutory rights.
If you have received a faulty item or the wrong item has been delivered, please get in touch within 7 days of receipt. We will do all we can to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, except in the case of faulty products.
If you have a quality issue with your purchase, we will replace this where possible or refund, if advised within 12 months of purchase.
5) Lost Parcels
If goods you have ordered from us do not arrive and you have received a despatch confirmation email, please let us know so we can track the lost parcel and arrange a replacement. We take no responsibility for parcels lost in the returns process. We will not issue a return or exchange in respect of goods that are not returned to us.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
6) Website
Amelia Rose Accessories takes reasonable steps to ensure a reliable service, however we do not guarantee that your use of this website will be uninterrupted and error free. We will not be held responsible for your use of other websites accessed via links from our website.
Such links are not controlled by us nor do we endorse them. The website may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations regarding Amelia Rose Accessories and any transactions on or through it. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
We will attempt to ensure that the information available on the website, at any time, is accurate. However, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions. We will use all reasonable endeavours to correct errors and omissions as quickly as possible after becoming aware or being notified of these.
All photographs, descriptive matter and specifications of the products on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the product.
We may also change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website, including the availability of any features, information, database or content or restrict access to parts/or the entire website without notice or liability.
You may link to any page of our Website, for non-commercial purposes provided that you do so in a way that is fair and legal and which does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. But you must not link to our Website in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.
You must not remove, obscure or modify in anyway any advertisements, copyright notice, or other information on our Website. Our Website must not be framed on any other site.
If you would like to link to our Website for commercial purposes or any purpose not included above, please contact us using the details below. However, we reserve the right to withdraw linking permission at any time and without notice.

The designs and content rights of this website are owned by Amelia Rose Accessories. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, post or transmit any part of this site without explicit consent. All trademarks, product designs and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

Contracts for the purchase of goods or services through our Site shall be governed by English law. Any dispute arising from, or related to, such contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. The goods contained on our Website may not satisfy legislative requirements in countries outside the UK. If you choose to access our Website from outside the UK you are responsible for ascertaining to what extent local laws are applicable and compliance with such laws.
